Q: How can I place my Order?

A: Orders can be placed by using any of the following Method:

  • You can use our Whatsapp facility (+91 90492 45241)  to place your order by simply providing your address and the product you need with the quantity.
  • You can use our e-commerce site to place your order directly.

Q: How can I return an item?

Q: When can I expect refund for my returned item?

A: Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund.

  • For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 4 business days to credit this amount.
  • For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2 hours.

We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

 

Q: What are the different modes of payment available?

A: You can use any one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)

A: You can reset your password by using forgot password option from our e-commerce site.

 

Q: What is Cash on Delivery?

A: If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is ₹50,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.

 

Q: Will I get an Original Bill/Receipt?

A: Yes you will receive all the Original Bill/ Receipt from SaralAgro Pvt. Ltd.

 

Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: No Delivery charges are applied.
